I'm sorry, but at the moment, no version is available for Thunderbird 3.2. New versions of BirdieSync are generally provided with stable new versions of Thunderbird or Sunbird (sometimes in beta stage). When version are still in alpha stage, they don't stop evolving and would require constant adaptations from BirdieSync.
