Categories not showing up in ActiveSync

Hi,

Everything was working fine until I decided to sync my mails too (had only tasks, contacts and calendar before).
First, it takes hours to sync all the mails, but my mail folders keep staying empty on my ipaq
Second, after a while, the sync stopped working on everything, when I connect my ipaq it just says that I should check cards, event, mails and tasks in the AS options. The problem is that on my laptop the checkboxes have disappeared.

Thank you for the logs.
Coud you try to reinstall BirdieSync (especially on the mobile device) and then see if you can access to the categories in ActiveSync options ?

When you synchronized your mail, did you check "mail' or "e-mails" (Outlook) ? Did you modify the options regarding body and attachment maximum sizes ? If yes, which values did you set ?
Do you still have free space on your mobile device ?
Which operating system do you have on your iPaq ?

Reinstalling BirdieSync allowed to synchronize again.
If you still have problems with mails, please post again.
