Bonjour,

Comment retrouver son numéro de série lorsqu'on ne retrouve plus le mail.
J'ai dû formater mon Pocket PC pour update en WM6 et il faut que je ré-install mon BirdieSync.

I have register in February 2007 to your BirdieSync software.
I have just update my Poket PC to Windows mobile 6
and i must re install Birdie sync 6.3.3 but i've lost my serial number
how could i retrieve it

Also my 'OK' Buttom in BirdieSync Options windows is Disable.
is somebody know Why ?

Hello looping,

If you lost your serial number, the best is to send a mail to support(at)birdiesync.com with your name, registration mail address and date of the registration. The information will be then sent again.
You should have received it now.

Regarding your second problem, in BirdieSync options, "Mail" panel, "Miscellaneous" tab, you must set the "mail body maximum size" and the "mail attachment maximum size" to 25Ko for instance (not 0). Then the OK button will be enabled. This checking was not present in old versions of BirdieSync but is now.
