I can understand wanting to be assured of someone's reputation.
I have worked with Birdy through several support issues in the past (all resolved successfully, once requiring a patch
and I have found him to be helpful and dedicated.
Of course there's no way to prove to you that I'm not just a shill account set up by the site owner to make himself look good. Oh well, at some point I guess you just have to make your own call.
