Thunderbird source is not recognized

In moving to a newer PC Laptop, I am having difficulty configuring the BirdieSync app for Thunderbird to be seen in the BirdieSync configuration screen.
I am running Thunderbird 128.2.3esr and after I upgraded to this version, all I had to do was install your upgraded BirdieSync app (3.2.8.0) and everything worked. Now the problem only appears when starting from scratch. My Thunderbird profile is called "default"and seems to be fine.
I'll send in the Log archive and some screen shots.
- I am not having any problem with the iPhone side, it appears as a connected source.
- The BirdieSync Thunderbird Extension is loaded and active
- I have declared that Thunderbird is on the SAME machine as BirdieSync
