Custom fields wasn't synced on Android

The custom fields of thunderbird wasn't synced to android contacts. Is this not possible or what is the reason? Or does I make something wrong?

It is not yet possible to synchronize contact custom fields. The reason is simply that the priority was given to other features. But it may be possible in a future release.
