No Icon in Taskbar

Hi,

i'm using WindowsXP SP3 with TB 3.01 and the new BirdieSync 2.0.0.0

Installation and 1st Sync were OK.

Now i have entered my Licence and do a reboot of my computer.

But after a reboot, i can't see an BirdieSync Icon in my Taskbar anymore.

I can see that BirdieSync is running because after a reboot of my computer with connectet Handy, Thunderbird will start automaticly.

But how can i sync with die Handy now? In BirdieSync-Options i configured as "manual".
If i try to start BirdieSync via Start/Programme/BirdieSync, nothing happens.

Hello Mathias,

Could you tell me if all your system tray icons are displayed ? When you right click on the Windows task bar, menu Properties/Notification Area/Icons, is "Hide inactive icons" checked ?

There are now hidden icons in my tray and i disable for testing this feature as you describe....

Hi,

i found help for my problem.
It looks like that it is a known problem with WindowsXP
In this german board i got a reg-key with fix my problem.

Now i see the BirdieSync-Icon again....
