UNSIGNED APPLICATION IN PRIVILEGED MODE

When installing birdiesync on my samsung sgh600i I get the following message: It seems like your mobile doesnt allow execution of unsigned applications in privileged mode. You should unlock your mobile....

Can anyone explain and tell how to?
