Ordered Licence but did not receive anything

Dear all,

on September 2, I've purchased o new licence for birdieSync, which was paid via PayPal on the same day.

Unfortunatly I did not receive any mail with the new licence.

What's going wrong?

Hello Ulf,

I'm really sorry for this problem. I investigated, and at the time your registered, there was a problem of "out of memory" on the server which preventing the treatment of the order. I've just sent you an email to deal with this issue.
