Unexpected Error on sync

Hi all,

I've just started to experience a failure on syncing. I'm using Thunderbird 60.5.0 and Birdiesync 3.2.2.2 for the PC. The sync process starts ok, determines the number of items to sync and then immediately fails with an "Unexpected Error"

Can anyone help?

Hello Warwick,

While your mobile device is connected to BirdieSync server, could you please build a log archive with BirdieSync menu "Help/Archive logs..." and send BirdieSyncLog.zip to support(at)birdiesync.com ?
