Problems with MS Exchange Server

Hi,
I am working with BirdieSync 3.2.0.1 on my laptop, and the synchronisation was fine until last week. The years before I was synchronizing via Thunderbird also to my calendar in eGroupware. Now they changed the system to MS Exchange Server and I get always the error ‘cannot list source events’.
Obviously BirdieSync is not able to get the information from MS Exchange.

Is there anybody who has e solution?

Hello Bernd,

Did you install a specific provider add-on in Thunderbird to access to your Exchange calendar ? If yes, there might be a problem with it. Lightning offers a standard interface to third-party applications but the problem is that all providers (local, Google, ICS, calDAV, etc.) can have slight differences of behavior which require BirdieSync to be adapted to support them, although the interface they offer is identical through Lightning.
I would need the logs to see which kind or problems occur. Please build a log archive with BirdieSync menu "Help/Archive logs..." and send BirdieSyncLog.zip to support(at)birdiesync.com
