Hello,

first, using BirdieSync on a Samsung mobile under Version 2.x, Windows 7 there was no problems for many years.

But now, I am using the Huawei mate 9 and a PC with Win 10, and it ist absolutely impossible to connect both.

The HiSuite from huawei has no problems to recognize the mobile, but on Birdiesync always there is a single source connection. Thunderbird ist connected, but the mobile not (connection via usb).

I don't have any ideas, what to do?

At least let me tell, that V2.0 was easy to use, but V3 is hard to understand. Confused.....

Thanx

Hello Tillenburg,

After you installed Hi Suite, when you open BirdieSync menu "Connection/Android USB drivers", do you see your Huwaei driver ?

It is also necessary to enable USB debugging (Android Settings / Developer options) on your Android device.

If your device is running Android 4.2 or later, the "Developer options" menu may be hidden. To display it, open Android Settings, click on "About device" in the "System" section and click on the "Build number" seven times (you should see a message the 3 last times). Then go back to Settings where you should now see a "Developer options" menu.
