Problem with updating Birdiesync

I updated my more than one year old license of 3.x Birdiesync because I updated Thunderbird to Version 52.3.0.

I paid the licence fee, but Birdiesync doesn't synchronizes any more.
The system tells me to upgrade the license.
I didn't find a new license on my system.

By the way, I was logged in as a normal user, and the upgrade procedure changes to admin account on my system.
Is it possible that the license was stored at the wrong location?

Hello wernickel,

Thank you for having upgraded your license ! Did you enter your license as described in the new registration mail you should have received ? (the license must be manually entered) Please, check your spam folder if you haven't received the registration mail.
If you still have problems, could you please build a log archive with BirdieSync menu "Help/Archive logs..." and send BirdieSyncLog.zip to support(at)birdiesync.com ?
