Just stopped working

I have been using BirdieSync for about a year, without any problems. However, this evening it now fails, with the Windows program claiming "Single source connected". However BirdieSync is running on my Android phone too. I really need to keep my phone and pc synced. Help!

I replied to your email from the help desk to investigate with you on this problem.
