How to change the language?

I have installed BirdieSync 3 on Windows 10, and it choose a language that is not the one of the system, how can I fix it?
I didn't find anything in the settings allowing me to change the language.

Hello Zini,
Presently (version 3.0.0.6), BirdieSync is only available in English and French. The choice of the language is based on Windows Region Format. In Windows 10, this Region Format option is located in Control Panel/Region.
By default, English is used if the language is not available in BirdieSync.

I am in a French speaking region, but my system is in English. It would be nice to be able to change this behavior and base the language on the language of the system, or at least to give the possibility to choose the language in the options.
