Method to Save & Restore the Sync Configuration

I just had to re-build my Windows 10 PC from scratch, so I had to re-create the Configuration settings manually.

• First of all I must tell you how much better the guidance (help comments) are since I did this process when you first released Version 3.
• But I must admit I am a little lazy when it comes to repeating something that I did a long time ago (memory fades!!). How about a method to save the configuration settings to an XML file, so after the program re-install it could be simple to restore the configuration.
