Registration key 'died'. Upgraded, still no help

Post by rollinlow54 »

Haven't used birdiesync on this machine in a while (not my work comp). I went to sync her up and I got an error saying my trial period was over.

I have the key - what do I do with it?

Hello,

After having closed Thunderbird/Sunbird, disconnected, reconnected your mobile device and waited for the end of the synchronization, could you send your logs with "Tools/BirdieSync/Archive logs..." to support(at)birdiesync.com ?
If other users have the same problem, please contact directly the support by email.
Thanks.

Why don't you post your answer on the forum, these are the discussions right? I don't get it why we have to email you.
