I needed to reinstall my mobile phone from scratch. I deleted the partnership, reinstalled, setup a new partnership and installed Birdiesync. Now the Birdiesync thinks I am syncing with both Outlook and Thunderbird and that I need to deselect one of them.
The problem is that I do not have Outlook at all, so the options in AS are greyed out and I can't do anything about it.

Hmm, works after killing/restarting/reconnecting ActiveSync a few times .. weird.
