Regarding the problem of icons, I think it's because of some changes in BirdieSync icon management between the two different versions you installed. Normally, icons should be correct in ActiveSync options window. But your ActiveSync partnership very likely kept the old icon settings. If you delete a...

The problem with the Orange program is that it doesn't fully unlock your mobile. It is rather for developpers. Actually, it very likely only allows you to install a privilege certificate to test development. The best way is to find a signed version of a registry editor and to apply the changes I des...

Does it mean that you have no warning (pop up window) when you install BirdieSync ? Is the file BirdieSyncInstall.log located in C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Temp empty ? Also, when you install an unsigned application, do you have a prompt on the mobile asking you an authoriz...

How to unlock a mobile
How to unlock a mobile: In order to run properly, BirdieSync needs an unlocked mobile. Actually, each device can have its own security policy. If the majority of Pocket PC are very permissive (unsigned applications are allowed to execute with sometimes a warning displayed to the user), very often, ...

Hello,
I don't think so. I realize my tests with Bluetooth.
You should find a file named BirdieSyncInstall.log in C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Temp or in the %TEMP% variable directory. Is this file empty ? If it is not, could you send it to support@birdiesync.com ?
Thanks.
