I went back to Thunderbird 91.0 and it works.

Thunderbird 91.0.3 will not see Birdiesync as Add-On
After updating Thunderbird to version 91.0.3 I cannot more get BirdieSync and Thunderbird to connect.
I tried uninstalling Birdiesync on Thunderbird 91.0.3 and a made a reinstall. But, now Birdiesync is not present in Thunderbird as Add-On.
I cannot synchronize between Android and Thunderbird.

it works now!
After installing your new Beta c and disabling my firewall all worked well.
My firewall "Agnitum Outpost Version 6.71.2983.450.0714" is now configured well.

Sorry, it's not possible to create a log-file. I started the LogArchiver as you wrote. No file created.
It was the 3rd time, I made a clean install. It seems, all worked fine, but nothing happened. BirdieSync says: "No mobile device connected". Same as above.
