Re: No licence received after placing order
Turns out it was an issue with my ISP not accepting the mail for some reason. Thanks for following up so diligently

No licence received after placing order
Hi there, I placed an order for my licence renewal a couple of days ago and have received no response and no new key. I've sent emails to int info, sales and support email addresses with no acknowledgment at all. I've checked my spam folders and it's not in there. Can you please tell me what is goin...

Unexpected Error on sync
Hi all,
I've just started to experience a failure on syncing. I'm using Thunderbird 60.5.0 and Birdiesync 3.2.2.2 for the PC. The sync process starts ok, determines the number of items to sync and then immediately fails with an "Unexpected Error"
Can anyone help?
many thanks
Warwick

Re: Can't Sync Calendar
Hi Birdie, Thanks for getting back to me, I really appreciate the advice. As I was working through your problem solving steps I realised that the Thunderbird calendar had gone into Read Only mode (I didn't even know it could do that). Anyhow, after deleting it and re-adding, problem solved and sync ...

Can't Sync Calendar
Hi guys, I've just reinstalled BirdieSync after moving to a new computer and cannot get the calendar on my iPhone to sync. Contacts seem to be working. There is an error message that says "Read Write impossible while Read Only in source itself" I don't understand this as all my permissions on the Bi...

Re: Thunderbird extension initialisation failure
Hey Ullib,
Very interesting. I just assumed that my Thunderbird was the latest version. Yes, I'm a Windows guy.
Will look at upgrading Tbird today and see if it fixes the problem.
Many thanks

Re: Thunderbird extension initialisation failure
I've just upgraded from BirdieSync 2.4.9 to the latest version (2.4.10) and noticed that it's not compatible with the latest release of Thunderbird (24.6.0). I'm guessing that might have something to do with it.
Do you have any idea when this might be remedied?
Thanks

Thunderbird extension initialisation failure
Hi there, I've been syncing happily for ages and now my Thunderbird extension seems to have failed. When syncing, I get the error message "Initialization failure of Birdiesync Thunderbird extension". When checking the extension options I noticed that it has dropped the profile. I am only offered "De...
