Re: Deletion of History

Hello Loibl42,

Was this History setting of "one month" set since a long time or is it recent ?
Do you switch off your PC each night ? Or do you sometimes let it run during several days (even sleeping) ?
Thanks.

Re: Unacceptably long syc times

If you installed BirdieSync on 2 different PCs and synchronize with these 2 different servers, it means that each server will have its own current state of the synchronization. These states are independent from each other. This means that if you synchronize on one PC with your Android device, and th...

While your Android device is connected (this is important to retrieve Android logs), could you build a log archive with BirdieSync menu "Help/Archive logs..." and then send BirdieSyncLog.zip to support(at)birdiesync.com ...

Re: Thunderbird 52.3.0 compatible?

Att...

Hello medsommer, When you say "account"', did you mean "user" in BirdieSync configuration ? In BirdieSync configuration if you created one user for yourself and one user for your wife, it's only possible to declare Thunderbird for a unique user. Hello KlaGru, The user name and password that you need to enter in BirdieSync settings on your mobile device (user name and password) field are the same as in the user that you should have created in BirdieSync server. Normally when you first launched BirdieSync 3.x server, you should have been aske...
